Bought: the remaining physical stock
Unsold inventory held at the time. That stock is now Apex Sports' property and is sold under Apex Sports' own terms.
Activo no longer sells sports equipment. This page explains what happened to the stock.
Activo ceased trading in sports equipment in 2024. Apex Sports acquired its remaining inventory, and what is left is now sold through apexsports.sg.
This domain is operated by Apex Sports. It is not Activo, it is not run by Activo's former owners, and Apex Sports has not taken over Activo's business or its obligations. What that means in practice is set out further down this page.
Looking for an Activo product
Apex Sports bought Activo's remaining inventory in 2024 and lists what survives on its own site, under Apex's terms and warranty.
This stock is not being replenished. Once a line sells through, it is gone — there is no further supply of Activo-branded product from anyone.
Looking for PE equipment generally
Javy Sports & First Aid stocks PE and first aid equipment for Singapore schools, with a catalogue held locally rather than ordered in.
They also publish a checklist of eight things to check before committing a PE budget. It is written to be useful whoever you end up buying from.
This distinction matters if you had a live relationship with Activo, so it is worth being precise about it rather than leaving you to find out by email.

Apex Sports did not acquire Activo as a going concern. It is not a successor company and did not assume Activo's contracts, debts or liabilities.
If you paid Activo for something you never received, or Activo owes you money, Apex Sports cannot settle it and has no access to Activo's records.
A warranty given by Activo before it closed cannot be honoured by Apex Sports. Anything you buy from Apex Sports now carries Apex Sports' warranty instead, from the date you buy it.
